good dining options handy laundromat helpful staff marked carpet basic room missing kettle

The location is great. it is not too far from the station and some good dining options are nearby. there is also a laundromat across the street! it was really handy. check-in was good. They minded our bags as we were quite early and were helpful throughout my stay.

The carpet in my room was badly marked. It looked like bleach had been spilled. the room was basic. i had to ask for a kettle, twice. the room was not worth the money.

Great Location and Clean Rooms

convenient location street tram

I am grateful the hotel was very close to the main train station. A street tram stopped right outside, which helped a lot. I could walk to the U-bahn station in about one block, I like that. The room I stayed in had quiet atmosphere.

I found the street outside had many people out and about at night. They were drinking and shouting, it went on until late. There were broken bottles scattered on the sidewalks too.

The room was simple and had a bed. The bathroom was fully equipped, and the space was good. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, I noticed.

The hotel had a central location, I did noticed it. The main train station was a short walk. Königsplatz stations are close too, I walked there in under 10 minutes.

Many cafés and bars were near, I could get to them easily. I also saw pharmacies and shops nearby. The hotel did not have a restaurant, I knew that.

Charmed by this Convenient Spot!

fresh rolls accommodating staff helpful refrigerator convenient location

The breakfast featured fresh rolls and croissants, and it was lovely. Staff was accommodating at the buffet. The location near the main station provided easy access for day trips. A refrigerator in the room proved very helpful. It was a real plus. I found the proximity to transport and attractions to be really convenient.

The tram outside made a bit of noise. I would have liked better soundproofing.

Fantastic Stay in the City Center!

The family room was AMAZING!!! It had two interconnecting rooms with a double bed and two single beds. This arrangement provided plenty of space for my family. Everything was so clean.

It would have been useful to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. I missed having an iron in the room.
